The blade flashes and blades of faerie fire seem to dance accross the blade and then vanish.
Spell caster, while you glean no information from the blade, it feels as if your spell did not fail as much as become absorbed

quick recap===============
all of you were enjoying a great Beltane when you were offered a drink by a child. Shortly there after you have awoken .. several months later with no memory of the time between or how you arrived in this city with a magical star sigil on your shield arms.
You feel oddly comfortable around the other starmakred as if you have known them for quite some time.
However, you are concerned about the missing time and what that might mean for the future.

(OOC - DM, as a friendly request and not a criticism, I'd like to be able to determine on my own what my character is feeling or concerned about instead of being told and just be given the setting, but as in all things I defer to the man behind the screen.)

"Then we're all in agreement!" Finola stands, and stretches. "Off t'gather our things, and then - off t' adventure, an' the big city!" As she heads out of the room, she stops by the Dwarf and his Gnoma wife, and gives them a sweeping bow.
"We're much obliged for y'hospitality, good folk. May fortune favor ye, in comin' days!"
And she's off to gather her stuff.

The odd Dwarf and Gnome couple thank you happily. They also inform you that you have the rooms for a fortnight (2 weeks)
They summon their children Isa and Olig to lead you to the Merlynites and through town.
As you prepare to leave the Dwarf hands you a very ornate tooled leather purse.
"this I be told was ta go with ye. Should you be in need"
Inside the purse you find 5 trade bars (each worth about 100gp)
A cut glass crystal
A bronze hoop about a hand span across (4 inches)
