Rioghán is a somewhere between a human and an Elf, though he says he is human. He is usually green eyed (as often as any other color), light haired with a tint of red, and fair skinned, proving an altogether attractive person albeit with a slightly inhuman feel.
He is slight of build, wears a green leaf-stitched cloak over light leather armor but doesn't appear entirely comfortable in armor, even if he is quiet when he moves in it.
He has a habit of speaking when people aren't around in strange languages. He rarely blinks and has a timeless, ethereal feel to him. He is rather easy to get along with for people who show a genuine care for people.
Plants bloom around him, almost trying to vie for his attention. He spendsmuch of his time walking gathering herbs and plants, storing them in his cloak for later use. He blooms food seeds and flowers for children to get their smiles wide and their bellies full.
He rarely talks about home, even when asked.
