Iron throne - the bad guys that look like demons, iron suggests some kind of trade basis, or possibly the grip of the Tarnish Empire. Those boats scaring the heck out of the halflings sure seem to fit the 'invasion of ungodly forces' descriptor. Presumably the Empire wants to rise again to horrible, horrible greatness. Nothing to do with me, though: I just want to make a little money and find somewhere comfortable to sleep. Preferably somewhere that isn't married or at least has an obliging husband.
Tartarus sounds kind of like the Tarterian Depths of Carcerai. Titans live on Mount Othrys, and are imprisoned there; the whole place is a prison for them.
New gods shall bleed... ancient ones - so we're thinking pre-Titanomancy: Gaia and Uranus, Chaos and Erebus and Eros, Ether and Nemesis? Or something else, something so horrible that language couldn't describe its sanity addling hideousness. Who knows? Certainly not me. I'm local. Never even been to Tarn.
I love riddles! And wine! Give me another wine then we'll talk riddles.
